We stand behind the work we perform on all equipment!Terms and ConditionsAll of our repairs and services are warranted for 30 days against defects in parts or materials and 90 days for labor and workmanship defects when put to ordinary and normal consumer use.For the purposes of the above warranty, "ordinary and normal consumer use" refers to non-commercial, residential use and does not include misuse, accidents or damage due to inadequate maintenance.The 90 day limited warranty on our repairs and services starts on the date the equipment is repaired, not when it is picked up. The warranties are applicable only to the original owner and are non-transferable.All commercial repairs and services are warranted for 30 days against defects in parts, materials, labor and workmanship and does not include misuse, accidents or damage due to inadequate maintenance.The 30 day limited warranty on our repairs and services starts on the date the equipment is repaired, not when it is picked up. The warranties are applicable only to the original owner and are non-transferable.The warranty holder is responsible for checking oil before use each use and for the performance of the required maintenance as defined by the manufacturer's owner's manuals.The warranty holder is responsible for replacement of normally wearing parts such as belts, blades, batteries, air filters, o-rings, oil filters or spark plugs not serviced at the time of repair.Accessories to the machine are not covered by this warranty.During the warranty period, the warranty holder is responsible for the machine transportation charges, if required.During the warranty period, warranty parts will be shipped by standard method at no charge to the warranty holder.Expedited shipping of warranty parts is the responsibility of the warranty holder.Rogers' Fixn'it shop shall not be liable under any circumstances for any incidental or consequential damages or expenses of any kind, including, but not limited to, cost of equipment rentals, loss of profit, or cost of hiring services to perform tasks normally performed by your equipment.

Yes,  We provide free transportation services within 20 miles of Mount Vernon.  Between 20 and 50 miles is 30 dollars and the price increases for further distances.

Most estimates will be given within 72 hours of us looking at your equipment.   During busy times, these times can be longer.  Just know we are working as fast as we can.

A: We accept cash, personal checks, and major credit cards including [List Cards]. Payment is due in full upon the completion and pick-up of your equipment.
